Q- What is your commission to list my property?

A- We offer three options. Our Silver Listing package is only 2%, Gold is 2.5% and Platinum is 3.5%. Compare to most agents who charge 6% and you save BIG.

Q- How can you charge so much less than other Agents?

A-Our 3.5% Platinum Listing Package includes more than any other Agent can provide because we have built a toolbox of amazing resources to automate and systemize our operation. We use the latest tech including AI and all available marketing channels that most don’t including putting your home on a billboard and using AI virtual staging when needed. Our most affordable Silver Listing Package is only 2% and includes what most Agents charge 6% to provide. You can also pick and choose what services and marketing you’d like to add on to the Silver Package to customize your own selling experience. Bottom line: We offer more for less.

Q- What do you charge to represent a Buyer?

A-There is no charge to you as the Buyer for our representation. If the new rules proposed from recent legal rulings are implemented, which require an Agent to charge a Buyer for representation, we will begrudgingly charge a $1 flat fee to the Buyer. Until then, it is free. If I can’t negotiate my commission with a Seller, how well do you think I would negotiate on your behalf? Don’t pay a Buyers Agent.
